I can help you through all of the different stages and hopefully make the act of child birth a bit easier.
It has been proven that if you train through pregnancy your baby will not get harmed, if you listen to your body.
Baby's will come out a healthy weight but leaner, which will make the act of child birth a bit easier.
It is also proven that if you exercise during pregnancy your baby will have a smaller chance of becoming overweight when it is older.
